Ozilla connects riders with local bike taxis, autos, and cabs. Availability depends on location and demand. Fares and estimated times are provided in good faith but can change due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Payments must be made through the app using approved methods.
• We don't charge hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.
• Refunds, if eligible, will be handled according to our refund guidelines.

6. Rider & Driver Responsibilities

• Follow traffic rules and ride safely.
• Do not misuse the app for illegal activities or share false information.

• We encourage drivers and passengers to maintain respectful and secure behavior at all times.
• Ozilla is not liable for accidents or lost items during rides.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and content on the Ozilla platform are our property. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ozilla provides a platform connecting riders and drivers but does not operate the vehicles directly. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or financial losses arising from ride services.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break our terms. Users can also deactivate their accounts at any time through the app.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with disputes handled in Madurai courts.
